Moving from the Previous Flow Editor
The previous Flow editor organised settings into six tabs: Settings, Triggers, Filters, Actions, Email, and Info.

The current export builder shows the whole flow on one page. Start with the old tab you remember, then use the tables below to find the equivalent section or action.

| Name, description, or tags | Choose the edit icon beside the flow name. |
| Active | Choose Settings, then use Flow is active. |

| Data type | Shown beside the flow name. It is fixed by the template used to create the flow. |
| Timezone | In When should this flow run?, choose Edit schedule. |
| Email notifications | In Where should the finished file go?, choose Edit delivery and file settings, then use Email delivery. |

| Customise email | In Where should the finished file go?, choose Edit delivery and file settings, then expand Email content. |

|---|---|
| Created date, updated date, or settings version | Choose Settings, then expand Flow information. |
Activation and Page Actions
The controls that appeared beneath every old tab are now split between the builder header and footer.

|---|---|
| Activate or deactivate the flow | Choose Settings, then use Flow is active. |
| View Summary | Choose View summary at the bottom of the builder. |
| Run | Choose Run at the bottom of the builder. |
| Simulate | Open More actions, then choose Simulate. |
| Request Review | Open More actions, then choose Request review. |
| Save changes | Choose Save changes at the bottom of the builder. |
Saving Changes
Saving a side panel updates the builder, but it does not save the flow itself. Choose Save changes at the bottom of the builder when you are finished.
If you try to run or simulate a flow with unsaved changes, Flow asks you to save before continuing.
