This page lists external apps and services that our integration is compatible with.
Loyalty Points
Epos Now Loyalty App
If customer sync is enabled, when a WooCommerce order is synced to Epos Now, the Epos Now Loyalty App will add points as per the rules set in that app.
Our integration syncs the current loyalty points balance in Epos Now for the customer to a custom field on the WooCommerce customer. Your developers can choose to display this on the customer account in WooCommerce as an 'in-store points balance' by reading this meta field. The meta key for this field is slynk_eposnow_loyalty_points_balance.
Please note that this is not suitable where you want users to be able to redeem their points online, but it can be used for them to earn points in Epos Now with online orders.
Third Party Loyalty Apps
If you would like customers to be able to earn/redeem points on both Epos Now and WooCommerce, we recommend using a service that is built to integrate with both platforms. Our customers currently use LoyaltyDog to earn/redeem loyalty points on both platforms and keep them in sync.
These services will also sync the customers so we recommend disabling Customer Sync on our integration.
Gift Cards
In order to sync gift cards between WooCommerce and Epos Now, we recommend using a service that is built to integrate with both platforms.
Our customers currently use VoucherCart to keep their gift cards in sync.
Vouchers
In order to vouchers between WooCommerce and Epos Now, we recommend using a service that is built to integrate with both platforms. Our customers currently use VoucherCart to integrate their vouchers and keep them in sync.
Orders can then be paid for on the website with the voucher, and Slynk picks up the order once it is in WooCommerce (it does not affect us how the order was paid for as long as we can see the order in WooCommerce) and sync it to EposNow.
Bookings
Our integration does not sync bookings between WooCommerce and Epos Now.
EposNow have a bookings app which works well but it does not integrate with WooCommerce.
We have clients who use our integration for syncing stock/orders/customers but they use a third party booking system which also works with EposNow and Woo to handle anything booking related.

They both have apps on the EposNow app store but please check full capabilities including how they work with WooCommerce.
Shipstation
Many of our customers use Shipstation to fulfill their online orders. Some also use WP Lister/Codisto or similar to link their Woo website with eBay/Amazon and keep all their stock in sync across EposNow/WooCommerce/Amazon/eBay.
The setup that works best for this is illustrated below:
