One platform must be chosen as the master platform for products and this is the source of truth.
You will choose your master platform for products during the product sync onboarding step.

The master platform is the source of truth for products and all product changes should be made on that platform and it will sync to the other platform automatically.
Product image sync is available in beta. It is switched off by default and follows your selected product-master direction when enabled. If your account has access to Integration settings, use Products → Product sync → Sync product images. Otherwise, contact Slynk Support. Customer access to the new settings form is being rolled out separately; this article does not mean it is available on every account.
