Connect Epos Now

The first step is to install our WooCommerce app from the Epos Now App Store.

Installing the app starts your subscription through Epos Now (billing is handled there) and allows Slynk to connect securely to your Epos Now account.

tip

We recommend installing the app on all locations in Epos Now to give you maximum flexibility in your setup. There is no extra charge for multiple locations on the same Epos Now account.

What Happens After You Install the App​

  • Your Epos Now connection is set up automatically.
  • We automatically create your account on the Slynk Dashboard using the main email address on your Epos Now account.
  • You will receive a welcome email with your dashboard login details (usually within a few minutes).
  • Once you receive the email, you can log in and begin onboarding.

Need Additional Users?​

  • We can add extra dashboard users for you.
  • Just contact support with each user's full name and email address.
  • We will set up the accounts for you.
