Install and Access

This page explains what happens after you install our Epos Now Order Templates app and what you need to do before you can start printing templates.

How Setup Works​

  1. Install the app from the Epos Now App Store
  2. You receive a welcome email with your login details for our dashboard.
  3. The Order Templates app sets its app settings automatically in Epos Now, including the Slynk API key and locale.
  4. Once you create and publish a template in the dashboard, it becomes available in the Order Templates app in back office, on the till, and from the Slynk dashboard.

You do not need to connect anything manually. After installation, your main job is to create a template and set it to Published.

Welcome Email and Dashboard Access​

After installation, you receive a welcome email from Slynk with the next steps and your dashboard access details.

If your email address already has an account with us, you can login using the same credentials.

When ready, log in to the Slynk dashboard to create your first template.

Multiple Locations

If you have multiple locations on your Epos Now account, install the Order Templates - Multi Location app.

There is no extra cost for this app and please ensure you do not uninstall the main app as that is used for billing by EN.
