Template Editor

After you create or open a template from the Templates page, use Template studio to configure the document, arrange its content, and test the generated output.

The studio has three tabs:

  1. Settings — paper size, margins, typography, table styling, labels, Epos Now field formats, and footer.
  2. Layout — rows, columns, and content blocks. Select a block to edit it in the right hand panel.
  3. Preview — the generated CSS and JavaScript rendered in isolation with example data or read-only data from your Epos Now account.

Changes remain local to the editor until you select Save & build. This rebuilds the template JavaScript and CSS. Inputs in a block update when they lose focus, and the studio shows an unsaved changes warning if you try to leave before saving.

If you have not created a template yet, start with Manage Templates. When the template is ready to use in the app, set its status to Published in Settings and select Save & build.
