Order not synced

If your order or refund data is not in sync, the first thing to check is which platform is currently set as the order master.

You can see this on the dashboard:

Choose the page that matches your order sync direction:

• Order not syncing from WooCommerce to Epos Now
• Order not syncing from Epos Now to WooCommerce
