Customer not synced
Customer sync is only available when Epos Now is the stock master, because that is the sync direction where WooCommerce orders sync into Epos Now.
There are two parts to customer troubleshooting:
- Customer not syncing from WooCommerce to Epos Now
- Customer updates not syncing from Epos Now to WooCommerce
The first page covers WooCommerce customer matching during order sync.
The second page covers customer updates on the dedicated Customers Queue, such as the Epos Now loyalty points balance syncing back to WooCommerce for display only.
