How to upgrade or downgrade your Flow plan
How you change a Flow plan depends on where the subscription is billed.
Epos Now subscriptions
Use this route when you installed Flow through the Epos Now App Store:

Open the Epos Now App Store

Select My Apps from the menu

Find the Flow app and choose the settings icon, then select Change plan

Select the plan you would like to change to
This App Store route also applies to Morph subscriptions.
Lightspeed Retail (X-Series) subscriptions
Lightspeed Flow subscriptions are billed by Slynk through Stripe:
- Log in to the Slynk dashboard.
- Open My Subscriptions.
- Find the Flow subscription with Stripe as the billing source.
- Choose Open Stripe Portal.
- Select the plan change you want and confirm it in Stripe.
The Stripe portal is also where you manage payment details or cancel a Lightspeed Flow subscription.
